Noll's Bakery has been a quiet fixture on Main Street for years — a place where the smell of butter and browned crust draws people in before they even see the door. We bake by hand, in small batches, using recipes that have been refined over generations.

Every loaf, every croissant, every pie is made from scratch. We source local dairy and mill our flour whenever we can. It takes longer, costs more, and tastes infinitely better. That's simply how we do things.
